Shipping + Returns
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, except holidays. Purchases made after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.
If you need your purchase expedited, please contact us at 707-964-8880. To process your purchase, please provide the correct billing address. If information is incorrectly entered, it could cause delays in shipping.
If you request not to have a signature for your Splendiferous order, the purchaser will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods. The purchaser will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods and will need to dispute any claims with USPS directly.
Expedited domestic orders will be shipped USPS and shipping rates will apply. The shipping charges vary by location and the purchaser can choose 3 day air, 2 day air or overnight with applied shipping rates.
All special orders, sale items, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, and lingerie are FINAL SALE.
In-Store Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it with tags attached within 7 days for Splendiferous store credit or exchange. Refunds not accepted unless otherwise approved by management.

Online Return Policy
For Online purchases only, Splendiferous will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of the received shipment date. The purchase must be received back to Splendiferous within those 10 days. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Merchandise received past the 10 day window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchas
